How do you convert moles to grams?

I'm really confused on how to do this. I don't know if it is simple or not, I just don't know how to do it.

Could someone please provide a clear explanation of how to do this.

To convert moles into mass (in grams) you simply have to multiply the moles by the molecular mass (Mr) of the substance. 

To convert mass into moles, you divide by the Mr instead. 

To work out the Mr of a compound you add all the individual atomic masses. 

Have a look at the example.
