First question

Moment = force x perpendicular length from pivot

If the guy on the right goes towards the pivot that means there is less length from the pivot which means less moment which means the guy on the left has a higher moment which means it will begin to tip

The second question is just a typical experiment type question

Basically do the experiment without listening to music see what cm she grabs it at, then repeat whilst listening to music and see the difference, etc. Of course add all the relevant science info (e.g how to make it a fair test)
