Structure of needs

Need becomes need

Needs that are connected with purchasing power and that are specifically demanded on the market become needs . In the economic sense - homework answers social studies , one speaks of need when the needs are endowed with purchasing power . This means that households must have the necessary financial resources (purchasing power) to meet their needs and there must be a market where goods are offered to satisfy needs.

Since the needs are unlimited, the human being perpetually perceives deficiency states. This tension is at the same time the cause of economic activity, because the scarcity of goods (which also includes household financial resources) is the essential basis of economic activity.
